PLEASE NOTE: Please order early and expect delays in post during the festive season, i do cannot grantee delivery before Christmas on anything ordered on the 19th December. Once orders have been shipped they are in the hands of the Royal Mail and unfortunately I have no control after they have left the studio.

Shipping Information

Your shipping will be calculated at check out. 

UK SHIPPING - All UK post is via Royal Mail First Class and can take up to two days from shipment day to recieve you item

EU SHIPPING is currently suspended due to the on going Brexit Situation. We hope to have this up and running soon

International shipping, please be aware that we ship via Royal Mail International Economy Delivery, it may take up to 14 days - 6 weeks to receive your order and we cannot provide your with a tracking number with this shipping method (Please Note: that if you haven't received your package within 15 days please get in touch).

Royal Mail International Economy Delivery Estimates

  • Western Europe in up to 2 weeks

  • Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks

  • North America in up to 6 weeks

  • South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks

  • Australia in up to 12 weeks

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to send out orders the next working day. 

As a rough guide - 

UK Orders - All orders are shipped first class standard. Once you have received your ‘Order Fulfilled email’ receiving the item can take up to 3 days from then.

UK Orders can sometimes take up to 7 working days from date of order, if you haven’t received your oder after 7 working days of your order please get in touch.

International Orders - Are shipped as International Standard through Royal mail and delivery can take between 5-15 working days.

My order hasn't arrived!

Please allow around 7 working days UK and International 15 days from date of order for your delivery to arrive.

If it has not arrived after that please get in touch with us.

Returns & Exchanges

We always strive to send you top notch products but we understand that sometimes their maybe a fault that we have missed or the items arrives damaged or did not arrive at all then replacements or refunds will be issued.


All returns are payable by the customer. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return. We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service. 

Please ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact within two weeks of receiving your faulty/damaged product and we'll do our best to resolve this for you!

If any product develops a fault after 6 Months, It is up to the customer to prove this was faulty at the point of delivery. 

Items error/faulty requiring to be returned to us, customers will be sent a Free Returns Label please note postage charges paid by the customer cannot be reimbursed.
